Nanö Naturals – Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We recognize that, on occasion, a product may not meet your expectations. To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, we have established the following Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy, in line with Pakistan’s consumer protection regulations.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Customers may request a return or exchange under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged, leaked, or defective item, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Incorrect Product Delivered: If an incorrect product, size, or variant is delivered, please notify us immediately for prompt replacement.
  • Manufacturing Defects: If a manufacturing fault is identified, please provide photographic or video evidence within 48 hours for verification.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or Tested Products
  • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Orders returned due to a change of mind after delivery

3. Timeframe

  • All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
  • Requests received after this period will not be processed.

4. Return Process

  • Document the Issue – Provide clear images or videos highlighting the problem (e.g., damage, incorrect item).

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the error is on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), Nanö Naturals will bear the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect product ordered), the customer will be responsible for delivery charges.

6. Refund Options

Nanö Naturals does not offer cash refunds. Refunds will be provided through one of the following methods:

  • Product Exchange – Replacement with the same or equivalent product.
  • Store Credit / Voucher – For future purchases if the requested item is unavailable.
  • Bank Transfer – In exceptional cases, upon mutual agreement.
